I guess I'll just keep a static lock screen wallpaper, as it seems it's really made like that, but it would be nice if someone could tell me a way to change that, as android welcomes custom customization.

It might and it might not, you would have to tell us which 2 processors you're talking about. However, the 2.4 GHz one will probably be better, but not necessarily. Also, Fifa actually will be more dependent on the GPU or your APU graphics graphics, not the CPU.

Looking for a good 400$ CAD school laptop for a friend. She won't be doing any gaming or whatnot so no use in a GPU. I've never had a laptop nor do I plan on getting one, so I don't know laptop APU's and such that well. Also, it has to be aesthetically pleasing, or else she won't get it -.- Thanks!
