The price range quoted is incorrect. The lowest possible cost is FREE if you use less than 100MB of data on the "By the Gig" plan. If you go over 100MB (which I rarely do), then you pay $12. So basically, my cell phone service is FREE except the cost to buy the phone. Yes, it has problems...
