It doesn't matter whether others have the same problme or not. If you have a reception problem because of design flaw, admit and fix it. After that, move on. Don't give the excuse that others have it and you are off the hook. It just makes the matter getting worst!!!

If the charger is for your cell phone, no harm will be done. You need to be very careful. AFAIK, Standardization of mobile charger has been passed but not yet implemented. HTH.

Based on your apps(CAD & Graphic), the Dell Inspiron from your list seems to have more power on graphic than the other two. One thing you have to check is to be sure that the graphic card is using dedicated memory, not shared. HTH.
