My son figured it out. If your keys are inverted, or something, really all you got to do is hold Function (Fn) Then press F11 and/or F12. Or Number lock/Screen Lock. I think its Number lock though. If you have one of those laptops that dont have keys F1-F12, Then try holding Fn for 10 seconds...
