What if i wanted to get rid of Symantec my anti virus. IT will not uninstall.

So i still have adobe v 12. It has been about 2 updates so far and its on 13 now. The past 2 updates i would save the file, run it and then the screen disappears and nothing opens up. When i open up the task manager and check the process it shows adobe flash player 13 install running. Anyone...
