Good article. I'm an air fryer convert. Originally had a smaller one but have invested in a two drawer fryer. I use it exclusively, haven't put the oven on in 18 months. It's so handy for someone cooking for one. I use silicone liners, cuts down on the cleaning and doesn't effect the food...
