What is a medium-tier laptop for 200 dollars? It looks like very cheap stuff is offered on Amazon for 200-300 dollars. Minecraft will require some graphics power and a decent CPU (especially if you use texture packs or mods!). I would suggest a refurbished laptop for 300-400 euros, not less...
