yes seems was motherboard i was with laptop in warantty and they change my motherboard but still overheat

i try first time with drivers from the cd still freezing,try with drivers from asus site still freezing, i reinstal windows and i make updates from devices manager still freezing ,i try to update all drivers up to date still freezing....no overclock...and sry for my english:D
