    Need Help Deciding for Upgrades

    So I have a Core Duo 2 E8400 3.0GHz processor, and I'm thinking to upgrade it with a I3-4170, so will the I3-4170 give my PC a significant boost? or will it suck? BTW my GPU is GT430 and 4GB RAM. any processor that you guys might recommend is also welcome.
