    Did you buy an original battery? Sometimes when you use a fake or knock-off battery your computer will recognize it and thus the exclamation mark. The only solution I can see is to buy an original battery.

    Where are your game files saved? Maybe there is a corrupt file in one of the game's directories. Are all your RAM slots installed properly? If they are I would suggest running some tests on them. Also make sure that when you run a game, there is only one instance running.

    You can download MSI Afterburner. This allows you to control fan speed and will let you run your gfx card at a lower speed (basically underclock your graphics card). This is really a cure to the symptoms but I cant think of a reason as to why your card is always being used.
