Firstly remove ur memory card thereafter format your phone . Now start phone and connect to comp. Then go to properties dialog box and tab check in after that defragment ur phone memory that's it .problem solved

I will better think to suggest u htc one as it will crush xperia z like a bug i n performance ,clarity, lookwise and in other field also.

Try inserting the card in some other phone and format it from there. Hope this work and if it isn't then its a faulty sd card and it will better to change it otherwise ur cell may be at risk .
