    Question Why can't I format sd card to internal storage tcl 9048s

    I'm unable to format my SD card to internal only external which is a problem because the tcl tab 8 (9048s) that I have only has 32 GB to start which is about 10 that I can use any way I can fix this preferably without having to root it
