    The 'Graphics Card' of this system is embedded on the motherboard. So dunno. Probably he was trying to take it out or something like this. Dunno. I dont know why it isnt recognised, but its worth to try another OS just to check if its not somehow os' fault.

    Open Device Manager (devmgmt.msc) and check what is shown under Display Adapters. If both are shown and there are no triangles around it then the Dell Diagnostics doesnt recognize the video card or you should update the drivers.

    You should cancel your order. What is that for a question? Ask to cancel your order, get your money back and wait until the new models become avaible in Europe... SP.
