HDClone its a really good software to do it, try downloading the version 4.0.4 if the copy finds a bad sector it will jump it and continue. And its fast!

Did you check the extensions of the browser, or check the Control Panel to see what programs you have installed on your pc?

Do you change "USERPROFILE" with your user name? I know its a bit ridiculous question but sometimes happens... The folder have to be somewhere because if you have Chrome installed then you have it for sure...
