    I call BS. Using SSL, TOR, VPN, etc...nobody can sniff your traffic. What are they using to detect this? Deep packet inspection or something? If your traffic is encrypted, and you use private torrent sites, I doubt they know what you're downloading.

    I find the last sentence interesting. "had a truecrypt container" .. Aren't these supposed to not be crackable? unless he gave up the key to unlock it, I thought truecrypt was pretty much un-hackable, given a strong enough key/encoding.
