    Okay fixed it, if you encounter this issue, you just have to go into options->preferences->video->gpu acceleration-> select the correct graphic card. it wasnt using my gtx thats why

    I got a brand new computer gtx 1070, 16gb ram,ssd, latest processor. My computer took like 3minutes to render a 3minute video in 1080. While it was rendering I ended the task because it was stuck at 33%, did it like 2-3times, now it's being stuck at 0%... Help please
