I would probably go with the msi but you should check out this it has a a 970m like the msi but also has a 4k screen and only weighs ,2 lbs more than the msi

Hi I am currently looking at two laptops, unfortunately the futureshop website isn't working right now but they are the same acer chassis, one has an I5 4200u with the 4400 igpu and the other has a A8-7300 with a r5, they both have 8 gb's of ram. It will be used for some light after effects work...
