    Efficient streaming solution

Hi everyone, Having bought my B&W 683 S2 with the Marantz SR7009 two months ago or so, I am now looking for a solution to stream Video and Audio to my TV. I have done quite some research and have seen the likes of Dune, Popcorn Hour, Mede8er etc. But I'm a bit reluctant, as I can't find that...

    i7 GtX 860 vs i5 GTX 880

However, in this case the i7 is a quad core processor, the i5 is only dual core. I would still go with the 880M for the better gaming performance, but was just pointing that out.

    V-moda crossfade m100 no bass

Something's definitely wrong, as I have these headphones and their bass is actually really nice. Might be a bit too much at times, but it definitely doesn't lack bass. I'd strongly suggest to send it for replacement.

Distilled water for Mobo and GPU

Distilled water will work, but make sure you remove the battery and and drain the caps, you will have to leave it to dry for a long time, to make sure that there's absolutely no liquid left. I must say I wouldn't be brave enough to do it, even knowing that nothing should happen to it.

How do i know if my laptop keyboard is spill proof?

It doesn't seem to be spill-proof from what I could find. (But I must say, I am not sure) If your keyboard dried and everything works fine, you shouldn't have any more trouble anyway.

Asus programs popping up at startup

Under the start menu, type msconfig and press enter, you'll then have a startup tab where you can disable the applications starting up with windows. Or uninstall them if you don't need them at all.

    looking for gaming/music headphones

I told you that in one of my last posts ^^ : "They should be good enough, the bass is nice, but there isn't as much detail as the AD700X that I listed above for example. You can just get this mic: http://v-moda.com/boompro-microphone/ and plug it in. No need to buy new headphones." With the mic...

    looking for gaming/music headphones

They are great, for gaming and music. This would be your best option, as they usually sell for $250 from what I recall. Look at the musical performance as well: http://www.whathifi.com/akg/q701/review

need help building my own laptop - DIY laptop

What do you mean, "somewhere I can pick out everything I want"? A pre-built custom laptop? XoticPC and ibuypower are two I've read about. There's a nice little guide here about assembling a barebones laptop: http://www.computershopper.com/feature/build-your-own-laptop-preparing-your-build
