i have contacted them, but all they did was send me an automatic message and get nothing solved

after getting a 6 day suspension i come back to my account getting reported for the tweet i had already deleted, then i click continue and the site breaks, i restart twitter and now it says i am appealing 0 Tweets and deleted 0 Tweets, and when i click finish, nothing happens, any help ?
