    I suggest you to reset your sound settings or just reinstall your sound driver to make them default as previously they are. Please also check with any other audio file, may be it is just for a single audio file.

    Currently I am using Sony Vaio and Acer both are quite good, In my opinion Toshiba is the worst laptop brand, When ever I used, it always dissapoint me.
