    Thanks for linking to my solution. http://zedic.com/lg-42dl550-fix-repair/ It seems to be fixing HDMI and other issues with these LG TV Boards for a lot of people. It's worth a try, and you don't have much to lose if the TV is out of warranty and not working anyway.
