The problem is not the mouse. The installation program just never shows up in my screen. It just gives the blue background and sits there.

When I start the PC I go to BIOS and choose the correct driver in the correct bios. It will boot and go to the normal blue screen when installing Windows 10 and if I move the mouse I can get a cursor but after that it will do nothing and not bring up the new box that should say install now
