I have a Headphone and a speaker and I have them both produce sounds on 1 pc. I can produce sounds on my headphones while I play something else like a song on the speakers at the same time and since I can do that, how to I make a specific application play on my headphones while something else on...

It should be good enough for be for browsing the internet. I don't want it to have Windows XP or Vista, at least Windows 7 on it.
