Are you asking if the laptop comes with a dvd drive, or if you can install one yourself? It doesn't look like it has a dvd drive, and as far as installing one yourself, i do not know if there is a connector for that... it looks like they have inserted a dummy drive instead of a real one...

What application, what OS, what hardware... need to be more specific.

It's up to the listener really... but ofc. 320 is way better, no doubt. But some people will claim to not being able to hear the difference.

Xbox one? or xbox 360? There are many ways you can hook up sound... but it's a little difficult giving advice when we have no idea how you setup is... besides your monitor. Do you have external speakers? What kind? Do you have a soundbar? Sound system? DAC? ... I can tell you how i have done...

The free versions are even worse than powerdvd. Most of the time when i try to get a blu-ray to play on my pc, i have to give up... can't even get vlc to play blu ray. It's a damn right nightmare for blu ray on pc.
