At that price the i3 5005u + GT930m is a good value. But you should watch a few videos on youtube about both of these setups. Both able to run GTA V on low graphics. The intel system was around 25-35, while the ryzen system was around 35-45fps.

You haven't specified which Ryzen 3 cpu. Nontheless the Ryzen system is clearly better even when compared to the lowest, Ryzen 2200U. More cores, higher clock speed, newer architecture. The graphics cards are about the same.
