    either you have to go: http://support.toshiba.com/support/modelHome?freeText=3025242 and enter your serial number or ask the seller as somone said. or you could try flashing bios, but would reccomend it, if your not familiar with it. i only tried once and fried some components :P

    my laptop is REALLY SLOW even after factory reset!!!

    your pc might be slower because your harddrive is probally really used up. if you switch to ssd you might notice a differnce
