Aspire v nitro VN7-791g

Hi there, I have an issue that I can't resolve. After I upgraded ram from 8gb to 16gb, after booting I noticed that my touchpad doesn't work anymore, windows doesn't recognize it either. I tried all sorts of drivers, old and new, re-checked if the cables were properly connected, reinstalled...
