asus vivobook 14

my laptop has a weird issue. First it does not turn on if battery is connected even if ac adapter is plugged in. It only turns on when battery is unplugged and power is supplied through adapter. Now after turning on with adapter, it even turn on with battery alone, but only for 5-10 minutes...
