audio through headset but not speakers

So I could be on youtube just watching random videos, all is fine. I'd then click on a video and it would be silent, id refresh and would still be silent. Id pull up another 2 random videos and theyd play fine with audio. I go back to the vid with no audio, id select my headset as default and...
