Case opening tool

Hi, I received this tool with a cell phone battery. It appears to bee to big for using on any phone from this century, so I'm thinking laptop or tablet maybe. The flat area we see is on both side (ie. flats are back to back. I insert a picture link here, but it doesn't show in the post. D'oh...
