cinema plus

Greetings,I have Cinema Plus adware on my PC.Problem is that I cannot remove it.I removed it from registry and google chrome,but I can't remove it's folder.If I try to uninstall it,uninstaller will crash,and if I try to delete it's folder,it will say it is in use.I killed it's process in task...
