Combo Jack Plug

I just purchased a Kingston HyperX cloud II headset, and don't really like the sound it gives off in some games while using the USB dongle extension. It comes with 1 jack which has the microphone and audio in it, but I don't think my PC has a jack that supports it. Is there any way to find out...
