Core i5 4200U

Hi, Can anyone explain to me why only some laptop vendors with the i5 4200U CPU and a dedicated graphic card advertise the HD4400 integrated card? Is not this a useful feature? To use the dedicated graphic card when needed and save battery otherwise? Or am I missing something? Thanks
