dell g7 keyboard issue

hi dear My Dell G7 's keyboard got problem. I have used this G7 3 years and having this issue since february 2021. The Key's that are not working: z,x,c,v,m,., Enter(main), right shift, right ctrl , numpad keys like * ,-,5,6, scrl lk ,pause break keys are not working. as it is out of warrenty...
