Here's the problem, a Dell win 7 laptop is plugged into a TV via hdmi cable, the picture is a horrible load of colours and patterns that looks like a psychedelic swirly, oily nightmare from the 60s. You can see the correct image behind this patterning. Laptop has displayed properly on other tvs...
