    how to delete dns unlocker.

    please help me delete this annoying browser advert pop up thing. without me spending a <mod edit> load of money just to rid of this thing that antivirus cant pick up. i cannot find it in uninstall programs or when doing a search for it.. how do i get it out>? please help thanks
