    my samsung galaxy grand prime is showing "ddi : mmc_read failed", what shall i do? plz help!! ;_;

    whenever i am putting it to charge, the screen vibrates and goes off.. this happens constantly while charging. now if i turn it on ( while charging. coz without the charge plug, it is dead! ) it says ddi : mmc_read failed. what shall i do to repair it in my home???
