integrated gaming

I have a core i7 4510u which I am positive it can run all games with 30+ fps, but I have its integrated graphics only the intel HD graphics 4400 which has 1GB of VRAM, so does increasing my ram from 4GB 1600Mhz SDDR3L SATA to 8GB help out in games, knowing that the increase for me is free and so...
