keyboard shortcuts

Hi, all of a sudden the Ctr P and Ctrl N does seem to be working on all application. I have tried on the chrome, excel, word, powerpoint (almost all) but it is not working. However the Ctrl A, Ctrl C, Ctrl X, Ctrl V, Ctrl Z (the other shortcuts) are working. I had been searching the internet...
