    There is a permanent keypad issue in HP pavilion model 13-B103tu.

    There is a keypad issue in a HP laptop model Pavilion 13-b103tu. I published the keypad issue in the youtube video. I made several complaints but HP-service-centre engineers are now in denial mode. How can I file a lawsuite against HP? Regards, Sujoy <Removed by moderator>
