    Am unable to sign in permanently despite following on screen prompts will only let me sign in temporarily with the result that when I log off all my other sign ins to fb, e-mail, e-bay etc are lost and I have to start all over again every time. VERY annoying. Cant find any customer support...

    1) Can I run Linx (or Prime95), furmark and memtest in my laptop? 2) Why shouldn't I always use hibernate instead of shutdown?
