Multiplexing

I have an LG X 10.1 G pad and I want to know if it is possible to have a split screen where one would play an audio file and other wold have a volume slider displayed on the screen. In other words, I want to be able to start and stop the audio while also controlling the volume with a slider on...

I'm looking for a solution to my problem, I'm not quite sure what it is im looking for or if it even exists. I want to play 3 separate sounds to 3 separate amplifiers via 3x 3.5mm jacks upon request (UDP Commands). I have sort of worked out stream routing for windows 7 but i think i am missing...

so is it possible so that a program has its own audio output. (e.g games sounds coming through my headphones and music coming out through HDMI to my monitor) it has happened to me before as a glitch where google chrome uses the monitor and when i plug my headphones in chrome still plays out...
