    my tablet wont turn on or charge

    My RCA TABLET MODEL RC16303W87 won't charge or turn on I haven't been on it in about 7 months I plugged in the charger and I turned it on and it worked for about five minutes and it stopped working turned off and it wont charge or turn on what happened and how can I fix it?
