Not updating windows

    Toshiba satellite laptop Factory Reset not working

    Pressing 0 gets me to the reset screen, but when I try to click "yes" everything just freezes. This laptop has been successfully 'reset' once before. Could that be the problem? You only get one do over? Is it beyond repair now?
