Hello. I just started using Google Opinion Rewards last month but i never get surveys on the top where its supposed to say if i have a survey it just says "Thanks for signing up to Google Opinion Rewards. We'll let you know when you're approved for surveys." Does anyone know a fix for this?

My friend has a Samsung Galaxy Edge 6 and she has recently started having some problems with it. It will randomly give her this error and she doesn't want these and she doesn't have "Line" on her phone. She has games it tries to have her install as well. These are only 2 screen shots, but how...
