    how can I send my internet connection from my phone or pc to another device without using my phone carriers data

    For example I want to send my wifi to a friend but I don't feel comfortable giving out my password. What i am trying to accomplish is like setting up a mobile hot-spot yet instead of using my carriers data i wish to use my wifi connection not my 4G.
