I need a BAT script which checks 2 services "TrustedInstaller" and "windows Update", if found disabled, the script should enable and then start the service

One of my colleagues faced a hack of her gmail account. When we somehow managed to log into the mail it was all in arabic. Now the account is in her control. But now the trouble is every email in her contact has added "rie" before @ mark. Example john@gmail.com has changed to johnrie@gmail.com...
