software removal

So I was disabling Facebook's Game Room app from running on startup, and as I was scrolling through the list of other programs, I found something called Anonymizergadget by Jetico Ltd. I didn't recognize it, so I Googled it, and from what I gather, it's a PUP that is supposed to be a free proxy...

Also, is the built in Windows 10 Defender enough by itself or should I use the IoBit Advanced SystemCare Ultimate I purchased or Avast? I somehow bought all of these and I dont mind taking the loss but which is the better choice here?
