steinberg ur22

hi all, sorry to be a pain but im curious to know if upgrading from the scarlett solo to a steinberg ur22 would result in better quality? i dont really know much about audio but i currently have a bphs1 xlr headset and a rode procaster, and im thinking of upgrading to the steinberg as the solo...
