1 x headphone female to 2 x headphone male ???

is it possible to get an adaptor that is:
1 x 3.5mm headphone female to 2 x 3.5mm headphone male

because i have a surround sound system and it works on both xbox and pc but i need to keep switching the wire when iw ant to swap over to xbox from pc or pc to xbox, this gets very tiring and and a:

1 x headphone female to 2 x headphone male with a switch to switch between them woudl really help xD

ive been searching for about 1hour so i thought id just ask my tomshardware buddies
